The most amazing trip (not an itinerary)

This is the basic description of the entire trip not a day to day itinerary because i want you to explore and not follow a strict sequence of things. We travel to enjoy and explore not to follow points(eh?)

How did we reach? - We boarded a flight from Indore to Goa(Air Asia) and booked a cab reaching there. There's no ola and Uber in goa(a real mess) so better if you book a cab early to avoid hussle when you reach.

Distance between airport to north goa- 35kms (approximately)

Cab charges- 800 rupees

Goa the God's own land in India is a paradise for everyone, for couples, bachelors and hippies too(yaa unethical). Goa has many sites to visit which are nothing short of paradise(Played Coldplay's paradise while driving and it worked like a charm) Now the question is how to explore Goa?

I have been to goa for three times already(once at the age of 12 with family, now don't judge okay). Second trip was when i completed 2 years of graduation(you feeling the adrenaline?) 3rd was just few days back(you can check on my Instagram, i post good stuff by the way).

Sorry i got distracted and started telling you my lame story (if that interests you. Bravo! We are freinds from now). Now the efficient way to explore goa is to divide your trip days in 2 or 3 parts. One part for north goa and other for south goa. Third one for other stuff(you know what's coming for you right?).

How to travel? There are two ways which are more suitable and cheap. First to rent a scooter, bike. Second, Rent a car, jeep. If your freinds wants to get entirely busted then drop these two and better take a cab. You wanna end up in shiva valley not Haridwar okay.

So we rented a car this time(swift to be specific) and we didn't regret our decision the three of us drove turn by turn or fight by fight(yess we are crazy). Awesome songs and relaxed soul set the mood right along with drizzles, cool vibes and AC to support humidity(comfort with fun, not describing a honeymoon by the way).

With google maps and me acting as the guide. We explored almost every beautiful beach and places with the car. North goa is the party capital of state and south goa is for those who wants to explore and relax. As i talked about dividing the days in part we took 3 days for north goa. 2 days for south and an extra day to enjoy water sports, trek and stuff but let me tell you still there's alot more to explore.

After the goa trip we chose to visit a day in Lonavala as it's a preferred weekend gateaway.
You can cover entire lonavla in a day. With monsoon, Lonavala is a beautiful place to relax. There's a lion point which featured an amazing view, there's bushi dam, sunset point, lonavala lake, shree narayani dham temple(not a temple guy but worth visiting)
Vada pao khane or mast ghumne ka.

After lonavla we took a train to Mumbai and then took another to reach kota. Yes flights were cheap to go to Jaipur or Indore but we didn't wanted to keep switching to other modes of transportation and after a tiring(but worth it) trip, we wanted to travel at peace.

The main season to visit goa is in winters but according to me monsoon is also perfect because A. It's crowded but not over crowded here.
B. Goa is beautiful in rain.
C. Even Driving the narrow lanes is such a relief in monsoon.
D. That's it i am not Shraddha kapoor.

So what are you waiting for, plan your trip now.
Also the next article would be places to visit in north goa followed by south goa and activities to do.
